The pen of Philosophers - Peacock feather

The ink pen is handmade from natural materials and in particular artistic style. The kit includes a peacock feather pen in natural color, two bottles with different color, one seal, one ink pot and sealing wax. The dimension of the pen with the box is 32cm long and 9cm wide.

Ancient Greeks manufacture their pens from brass or reed, which were cutting edge on one side. Onto papurus, parchement and whitewashbed wood they wrote with ink and ink feather. The ink should be consumed in the same day and kept in a cartidge that is often preserved along with the pens in a common case. Aristotle, Socrates and Aisxylos used metal pens with slot in the middle to write many works easily.
